1. Digital Product Policy

All items sold on PLRHub.shop — including ebooks, templates, printables, courses, videos, and other digital files — are delivered electronically. Once a product has been purchased and the download link has been sent, it is considered delivered and final.

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital goods, we cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

2. Exceptions

Refunds will only be granted in the rare case of:

  • A duplicate payment (accidental double charge).

  • A technical issue that prevents you from receiving your files (after our support team verifies it).

If you encounter such a problem, please contact us at support@plrhub.shop within 7 days of purchase. We’ll review your case and resolve it as quickly as possible.

3. Product Access and Support

If you experience any issues with your download links or files, please email support@plrhub.shop.
Our team will assist you with reactivation or replacement files if necessary — but this does not qualify as a refund.

4. Responsibility of the Buyer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to:

  • Read the full product description before purchasing.

  • Ensure they have the necessary software or tools (e.g., Canva, PDF reader) to use the files.

  • Understand that PLR/MRR licenses grant resale and rebranding rights but do not include exclusivity.

5. Unauthorized Sharing or Reselling

Once downloaded, digital files are non-transferable except as allowed under their PLR/MRR license terms.
Unauthorized sharing, redistributing, or reselling our files without proper licensing is strictly prohibited.

6. Agreement
